In order to sit for the ALCLP exam individuals must meet one of the following criteria:

• Currently hold an applicable state-issued license or
• 3 years' work experience in landscape management or
• Bachelor of Science or Associate of Applied Science degree or
• Landscape Management Certificate with 1 year related work experience
